Assignment development business district launched

The province of Limburg is launching the search for a project developer for Health Campus Limburg DC. This will be responsible for the development of the business district. To this end, the province is selling a plot of land with an area of about 46 ares.

With Health Campus Limburg DC, the province of Limburg, NV Limburg Diepenbeek Campus and POM Limburg are building the epicentre of innovation in healthcare. The campus will be a pole of attraction for companies, care and welfare providers, research and education. In addition, community building is the pivot of its operation. In this way, the campus promotes cooperation and entrepreneurship, innovation and implementation of scientific knowledge in practice.

The Limburg provincial government is starting the search for a developer to take on the development of the business district at the Health Campus. It is therefore proceeding with the sale of a plot of land with a total area of some 46 acres. The plot is located on Agoralaan in Diepenbeek and is cadastrically known as First Division, Section A, nos 158D/part and 260R/part.
